“The team of chefs interpreting these classic dishes, which include staples of Ashkenazi and Sephardic-style cooking, consists of chef-partner Tim Kolanko alongside chefs Jeff Armstrong, Frankie Becerra, and pastry pro Adrian Mendoza.
