RETURN POLICY
All online sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. You are welcome to email us with any questions you may have regarding an item before deciding to make a purchase.
Damaged Items
Claims for damaged items must be filed within 72 hours of delivery. Any damages to packaging must be noted with the shipper at the time of delivery. Keep all damaged packaging intact until a claim is filed, and resolved. Please report your claim to: contact@urbankitchengroup.com. Provide date of receipt and images of the damaged box and item.
SHIPPING
Urban Kitchen Group ships all merchandise within the 48 contiguous states via FedEx and the US Postal Service. Most in-stock items ship within 3 days although some items may take longer to process. Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately. Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely fashion should this be the case. Once your order has shipped, Urban Kitchen Group will send you a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way and an estimated time of arrival.
Packaging Materials
In an effort to remain as green as possible, your item may arrive in a reused box that includes recycled packing materials such as bubble wrap, tissue, popcorn, newspaper, etc. We ask that you continue the chain by reconstituting these materials whenever possible.
